DESCRIPTION:We are looking for a highly motivated researcher to help build
  the next generation of Huawei’s AI infrastructure, enabling efficient tra
 ining, inference, and large-scale deployment of foundation models. This ro
 le focuses on driving improvements in system performance, cluster scalabil
 ity and reliability, developer usability, and software–hardware co-design 
 to power real-world AI applications.\n\nJob Responsibilities\n1. Contribut
 e to the core competitiveness of Huawei’s AI infrastructure by improving t
 raining/inference performance, cluster scalability, cluster availability, 
 and development usability, enabling optimized deployment for industry-lead
 ing customers.\n2. Research and apply advanced AI system–algorithm integra
 tion, including but not limited to large pre-trained models, multimodal fo
 undation models, world models, and recommendation systems, and deliver bus
 iness-driven product solutions.\n3. Participate in a wide range of system-
 level tasks, including operator development, model training and inference 
 performance optimization, reliability system development, user-friendly in
 terface design, adaptation to leading open-source ecosystems, industry sol
 ution design, and hardware–software co-design.\n\n
