 chers to design and scale agents - enabling them to reason, plan, call too

 ion.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\n\nPlay key role in design, development, and
  deployment of large-scale high-performance enterprise ready agent framewo
 rks and tools..\n\nCollaborate with engineering and applied AI teams to un
 derstand specific needs and challenges of chip design and ensure our agent
  platform is well-suited to these needs\n\nDevelop and optimize retrieval 
 and generation algorithms for enterprise data (text, code, and images) to 
 build advanced AI applications.\n\nCollect & organize training / fine-tuni
 ng data and help build domain specific large language models.\n\nOptimize 
 infrastructure for performance, scalability, and reliability, and ensure s
 ecure and efficient management of data.\n\nStay ahead by engaging with the
  latest advancements in machine learning and AI to create state-of-the-art
  solutions.\n\nLead with purpose and maintain high-quality engineering pra
 ctices that inspire others to achieve excellence.\n\nWhat we need to see:\
 n\nMaster's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engi
 neering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).\n\n15+ years 
 of proven industry experience\n\nSkilled at rapidly taking products from c
 oncept to launch and scaling them massively by performance tuning and opti
 mizing complex, globally distributed systems\n\nFamiliarity with modern so
 ftware development stacks and tools, including containerization, cloud or 
 on-premises deployments, API integration and real-time processing framewor
 ks.\n\nStrong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Messag
 e broker architectures, data pipelines, test driven development.\n\nStrong
  proficiency in agentic LLM Libraries/ Technologies like LangChain, LangGr
 aph, AutoGen, CrewAI, RAGs, vector databases, prompt engineering, Knowledg
 e Graphs, etc.\n\nHands-on experience developing large-scale web applicati
 ons and REST APIs, & familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.\n\nA proact
 ive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to acquire new skills an
 d knowledge as needed to achieve results.\n\nAn excellent plus if you are
