 ng:\n\nLead Agentic AI solutions including sophisticated AI agents and fin

 ole in design, development, and deployment of AI applications using LLMs, 
 internal and external Agentic frameworks, and other related technologies.\
 n\nDevelop and optimize retrieval and generation algorithms for enterprise
  data (text, code, and images) to build advanced AI applications.\n\nDrive
  impact by designing and deploying LLM-powered solutions for engineering a
 ssistants and multi-turn, multi-modal dialogue systems.\n\nMake a differen
 ce by leveraging AI technologies to solve complex problems in chip design,

 ad by engaging with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI to

 \nWhat we need to see:\n\nMaster's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering
 , Computer Science/Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent exp
 erience).\n\n5+ years of proven industry experience\n\nProficiency in rapi
 d prototyping using Python with strong foundational knowledge of data stru
 ctures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.\n\nExperience wit
 h fine-tuning large language models, building advanced multi-agent systems
 , RAG pipelines and vector databases.\n\nStrong analytical, communication,
  and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to thrive in dynamic, pro
 duct-focused, and distributed teams.\n\nA proactive approach to problem-so

  and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 1
 48,000 USD - 235,750 USD for Level 3, and 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Le
