 eeply technical, creative, and hands-on Senior Staff full-stack developer 
 to build the next generation AI platforms and products that improve busine
 ss efficiency and productivity. This engineer is expected to be familiar w
 ith concepts of RAG, agentic AI to be able to build AI products using SOTA
  agentic paradigms, third party platforms and open-source repos. As a key 
 leader in our technology team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the
  architecture, development, and scaling of our software systems. This role
  will give an opportunity to collaborate with Cloud, AI/ML & Generative AI
  workforce in a multifaceted and agile working environment, while meeting 
 the immediate and evolving needs of our business.\n\nWhat you will be doin
 g:\n\nOwn the end-to-end lifecycle of software development, from concept t
 o deployment, including architecture design, development, testing, and sca
 ling\n\nUnderstand internal micro-services, platforms, third party platfor
 ms and growing open-source code-repos to best leverage them during AI prod
 uct development\n\nAble to contribute to internal platforms and build re-u
 sable components that can connect to enterprise data sources and power sea
 rch, chatbots and other gen AI applications\n\nDevelop AI applications, pl
 atforms and systems enabling unified experience across applications and dr
 iving insights for end-to-end user experience\n\nBuild services that can s
 upport Inference, Training jobs, Ingestion Jobs\n\nUnderstand the eco-syst
 em of data connectors and build secure AI applications which can access st
 ructured, unstructured data from a variety of databases at scale\n\nEnsure
  system reliability, performance, and security at scale.\n\nHelp build and
  maintain our Continuous Delivery pipeline with the goal of moving changes
  to production faster and safer, while ensuring key operational standards.
 \n\nCreate and implement strategies to support business growth and technol
 ogical advancements, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.\n\nProvide pee
 r reviews to other specialists including feedback on performance, scalabil
 ity, and correctness.\n\nKeep abreast of emerging trends and technologies 
 in AI, software development, and system architecture.\n\nAre a strong advo
 cate of proven methods in software engineering and bring a detailed approa
 ch to testing, continuous delivery, and reducing technical debt.\n\nWhat w
 e need to see:\n\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engin
 eering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\n8+ years of prove
 n experience building sophisticated applications and APIs in On-prem, Clou
 d and hybrid cloud environments at large scale preferably in Python\n\nPro
 ven experience to build full stack applications including UI, backend, inf
 rastructure\n\nProven expertise of performance, reliability in sophisticat
 ed distributed systems and the teams that build them\n\nStrong proficiency
  in multiple programming languages and technologies relevant to AI and sys
 tem development\n\nFamiliarity with gen AI application building, AI applic
 ation deployments, Model Deployments (LLMs, Embeddings, Re-rankers, OCR et
 c)\n\nHas delivered software with full understanding of deploying applicat
 ions in Kubernetes clusters along with GPU and CPU pod scheduling (Ability
  to understand on Prem)\n\nProven track record to lead complex projects an
 d deliver results in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.\n\nExtremely 
 motivated, highly passionate, and curious about new technologies. Take pri

 he base salary range is 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD for Level 4, and 200,000
