You'll work on the core syste ms that enable features across gameplay, presentation, and tools—ensuring performance, scalability, and stability at every level.\n\nYour Responsibi lities:\n- Design, implement, and maintain low-level engine systems using C++.\n- Optimize performance across memory, CPU, and streaming pipelines.\ n- Support cross-platform development and hardware-specific requirements.\ n- Profile and debug challenging engine issues in large-scale game environ ments.\n- Evaluate and integrate new technologies, recommend engine improv ements and help define our long term roadmap. \n- Guide and support junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, architecture discussion and hands-on guidance.\n\nYour Qualifications:\n- 7–10+ years of professional C++ experience.\n- 5+ years of experience with engine architecture and sy stem-level programming.\n- 5+ years of experience with memory management, concurrency, and multi-threading.\n- Debugging and optimization skills per formance analysis using first party and proprietary profilers.\n- Experien ce working with AAA engines (e.g., Frostbite, Unreal, Unity, or custom eng ines).\n- Previous experience in a collaborative, cross-discipline team en vironment.\n- Knowledge of linear algebra and 3D mathematics.\n\nCOMPENSAT ION AND BENEFITS\nThe ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expect s to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this p osting.
