SUMMARY:31. A Large-Étendue Direct-View Holographic Display System
DESCRIPTION:Ryota Koiso (Stanford University, KDDI Corporation) and Suyeon
Choi, Manu Gopakumar, Brian Chao, Jacqueline Yang, and Gordon Wetzstein (
 Stanford University)\n\nWe propose a large-étendue direct-view holographic
display using dynamic optical steering with a high-pixel-resolution ampli
tude-only SLM.\nThe system expands the eye box in both lateral and depth d
irections by translating two lenses.\nWe further extend SGD-based hologram
optimization to support dual light sources and amplitude-only SLM, achiev
ing stereoscopic image delivery.\n\nRegistration Category: Full Conference
 , Experience\n\n
