Variable Shared Template for Consistent Non-rigid ICP

DescriptionWe propose a novel ICP framework that jointly optimizes a shared template and instance-wise deformations. Our approach automatically captures common shape features from input shapes, achieving state-of-the-art accuracy and consistency while eliminating the need to carefully select a preset template mesh.
