Mohumagadi Moruti is an emerging curator, writer, and researcher with a background in Computing and an ongoing pursuit of an M.A. in Media Arts Cultures at Danube University Krems. Her research explores the paradoxical connections between bio art and the ancient Egyptian civilization, uncovering shared approaches between art and science. Moruti has been actively involved in curatorial and collaborative projects with artists within and outside Southern Africa, the National Museum of Botswana Art Gallery, and Aalborg University in Denmark. Her work mirrors a dynamic amalgamation of interests in art, science, religion, humanity and technology. She served at SIGGRAPH 2023 Art Gallery as Sub-committe and Jury member.
