Christine Waggoner

Biography
Christine Waggoner is a senior software engineer on the Tools Simulation team at Pixar Animation Studios. Christine started at Pixar in 1999 after graduating from Brown University, worked as a technical director in modeling, visual and character effects, and tailoring. She was also the simulation supervisor for Ratatouille, Monster University, and Coco. Christine’s work has resulted in 9 patents and multiple publications mainly with respect to the development of cloth simulation effects. Christine is also the president and founder of the Cure GM1 Foundation, a nonprofit patient advocacy organization for GM1 gangliosidosis.
